Debbie is our consultant nurse. Previously Community Matron for St Neots, she has a wealth of qualifications and experience, including the ability to prescribe independently. She will work alongside the GPs, consulting with patients on a range of  health problems, dealing with patients’ phone queries and undertaking home visits.

  • Victoria Crook

Victoria is our Paediatric consultant nurse. She will work along side the GP's seeing children up to the age of 16 years.

Our nurses are highly experienced and deal with a range of conditions and health concerns. They can help with:

  • dressings
  • blood pressure monitoring
  • urine tests
  • pill checks
  • ear syringing
  • travel advice
  • cervical smears
  • removal of sutures
  • injections
  • immunisations
  • ECGs

as well as a range of chronic conditions, including:

  • asthma
  • diabetes
  • COPD
  • minor illness/injury consultations
  • smoking cessation advice
 

Healthcare Assistants

Healthcare assistants support practice nurses with their daily work and carry out tasks such as phlebotomy (drawing blood), blood pressure measurement and new patient checks. They may act as a chaperone when a patient or doctor requests one.
